Folding Carton Gluers
The SIGMA pick and place product feeder is a stand alone, independently driven module designed to place and glue a wide variety of products within today’s fast moving Bindery, Mailing and Packaging Industries. The concept and design assure accurate placing and fixing with hotmelt glueing of difficult shapes at high speeds.

Electronic control unit equipped with a servo controller and a pulse encoder to ensure perfect synchronisation at all production
Feeder hopper with single or multiple vacum suction cups

High placing accuracy is guaranteed at high speeds. Different machine versions available for fixed as well as variable pitch machines.
    
   
   
 
Easy to use operator interfaces, that control the machine functions and make 'on the fly' adjustments without stopping production.
  
   
   
 
The feeder hopper can be set during production, using two different screws that ensures job changeover is very quick.
    
   
   
 
Only a Photocell and a shaft encoder connect the P&P to the main machine. Changing from one machine to another can be done in minutes.
